New Online Support Groups

The Harbor support groups are led by Corinne Foley and Donna Hoerning who are trained by A Door of Hope and are CSASI certified Peer Facilitators, and women that have been where you are. They are here to listen, encourage and love you as one who has traveled the same path. 

Each week the facilitators will focus on topics that support your healing including: The Impact of Sexual Betrayal Trauma, Grieving and Loss, Gaslighting, Self-Care, Boundaries, Goal Setting, Crisis of Faith, Managing Triggers, and more. 

Our support groups meet online one night a week for 10 weeks. We meet from 6:00-7:30 PST.  We maintain closed groups, not adding new women once a group has started. This provides maximum safety in  the group. 

We ask for a $50 contribution to offset the cost of resources and the postage to mail you materials prior to the first session. If this presents a financial hardship, scholarships are available upon request.
